AOK Bayern is conducting an open-house model for non-exclusive rebate agreements on the active ingredient Icatibant (ATC B06AC02) under §130a Abs. 8 SGB V. This is not a formal procurement procedure; any interested pharmaceutical company meeting eligibility criteria can conclude an identical, non-negotiable rebate agreement. The contract runs from 01.07.2025 to 30.06.2027, with possible termination on one month's notice. Agreements can be concluded at any time during the period, but no later than 05.05.2027. Submission requires a signed self-declaration of reliability and the signed contract, either in paper form (hand-signed, two copies) or electronically with a qualified electronic signature via the DTVP portal. Only pharmaceutical companies are eligible. Estimated value is not provided.
