This is an open-house model, not a competitive procurement. AOK Bayern invites all interested pharmaceutical companies to sign non-exclusive discount agreements for the active substance Axitinib (ATC L01EK01) under §130a Abs. 8 SGB V. All companies meeting eligibility (submitted declaration of reliability) can join. Contracts run from 01.07.2025 to 30.06.2027. No estimated value provided. Submission deadlines: any time until 05.05.2027, but to start at a specific month, documents must be received by the 5th of that month. Documents can be submitted in paper or electronically with qualified electronic signature.
