The Municipality of Kirkkonummi, Finland, has established a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for leisure-time hobby activities for children and youth, divided into three lots: MyHobby groups (LOT-0001), TALENT groups (LOT-0002), and Open MyHobby activities (LOT-0003). The DPS is open for applications until 28 May 2035, with services starting from 16 June 2025 until 31 July 2035. The procedure is restricted, and only qualification is assessed at the application stage; prices are not required. The estimated total value is €500,000 (€240,000 for Lot 1, €20,000 for Lot 2, €240,000 for Lot 3). The tender is EU-funded and open to SMEs.
