Germany – Military electronic systems – MoSeS (Mobiles Sensor-System)

This is a German framework agreement for the development, production, and delivery of up to 28 'MoSeS' mobile sensor systems for military reconnaissance. The system is an unmanned ground vehicle capable of semi-autonomous operation, obstacle avoidance, and real-time data transmission. The procedure is a negotiated procedure with call for competition (defence procurement). The framework duration is 48 months. The buyer is the German Federal Office of Bundeswehr Equipment, Information Technology and In-Service Support (BAAINBw). The tender is limited to German language submissions and electronic submission is allowed.
