This is a Belgian framework agreement (aankoopcentrale) for FME licenses (purchase or lease), consultancy for FME infrastructure setup, training, and script development, as part of the DataWISE project to enable data sharing among Flemish local authorities. The framework uses a cascade system for orders under €30,000 and mini-competitions for larger orders, with up to 10 operators. The tender is in Dutch only.
