This is a Dynamic Acquisition System (DPS) from the Département de la Loire (France) for the purchase of new and used motor vehicles over 4 years. The DPS covers 4 lots: new sedans/city cars (LOT-0001), used sedans/city cars (LOT-0002), new utility vehicles <3.5T (LOT-0003), and used utility vehicles <3.5T (LOT-0004).
