This is a French framework agreement for complementary health coverage for employees and former employees of French social security bodies. The contract is a single-lot, open procedure framework agreement with a maximum value of €3 billion over 6 years (5+1 renewal). Submission is electronic, in French only. The buyer is UCANSS, a central purchasing body. The tender is subject to French public procurement law.
