Open procedure for 4 lots for framework agreements for architecture and engineering services for real estate properties managed by Invimit S.G.R. S.p.A. The tender is divided into 4 lots: design services (LOT-0001), design verification (LOT-0002), support to the RUP (LOT-0003), and works direction and safety coordination (LOT-0004). The framework agreements will be with a single operator per lot, duration 48 months. Total estimated value EUR 28,240,130.04. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Italian by 18 June 2026.
