This is an open procedure for a framework agreement (mono-attributaire) for the management of a complementary health insurance scheme for employees and former employees of French Social Security bodies (Régime général). The contract covers financial, administrative, and technical management. The framework has a maximum value of €3 billion and runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2032 (6 years), with a possible tacit renewal of one year.
