This is an open procedure for a framework agreement for the supply of magnetic tape cartridges and cleaning cartridges for IBM TS4500 systems and LTO drives. The framework will be concluded with multiple suppliers, and individual orders will be placed via mini-competitions awarded 100% on price. The maximum framework value is EUR 2,000,000. The framework runs for 2 years (fixed) with two automatic 1-year renewals (max 4 years) or until the estimated volume of 9,000 cartridges is reached. Delivery must be within 10 working days to Darmstadt, Mainz, or Jena. No guaranteed minimum volume. The tender is suitable for SMEs.
