This is an open-house (non-competitive) procedure by AOK Bayern for non-exclusive rebate agreements on the pharmaceutical product Interferon beta-1a (Avonex(R)), ATC L03AB07. Any eligible pharmaceutical company can join under identical, non-negotiable terms. Contracts run from 01.06.2026 to 31.05.2028, with the possibility to sign at any time until 03.04.2028. The procedure is not subject to procurement law; no award criteria apply. Only a signed self-declaration of reliability is required for eligibility. Documents must be submitted in German, either in paper (two original copies) or electronically with a qualified electronic signature. No estimated contract value is provided.
