Efficiency East Midlands Ltd (EEM) is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for demolition and dismantling works, covering low and high rise buildings, domestic and commercial properties across England and Wales. The DPS is open for applications with no stated deadline and has an estimated value of £150,000,000 GBP. The notice extends the DPS until February 2029. The procurement is restricted, and all contracts are awarded via mini-competition. Eligible suppliers must hold NFDC membership and relevant CCDO/CPCS qualifications.
