The Norwegian Directorate of Immigration (UDI) establishes a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for kitchen packages to be provided to asylum seekers upon arrival at ordinary reception centres. The DPS covers basic kitchen equipment, utensils, crockery, and cutlery. Suppliers can apply for qualification throughout the DPS duration of 60 months (with possible extensions). The contract is awarded based on lowest price.
