This is a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for expert consulting services in mission critical communication services for PPDR (Public Protection and Disaster Relief) in Sweden. The DPS covers three areas: 4G/5G Mission Critical PPDR Networks, mobile ecosystem for Mission Critical Networks, and supporting services. It is established by the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency (MSB) for the development of the Rakel G2 system.
