This notice establishes a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the procurement of new furniture for Bergen Municipality and cooperating municipalities in Norway. The DPS covers four areas: office, health, school, and nursery furniture. A framework agreement per area has a value up to NOK 800,000. Individual procurements exceeding this threshold will be announced as separate contests under the DPS. The DPS runs from 18 June 2021 to 18 June 2031, and new suppliers may qualify throughout the period. The procedure is restricted, and the award criterion is the most economically advantageous tender.
