Ireland-Dublin: Hire of passenger transport vehicles with driver

This is a qualification system (panel) for school transport services across the Republic of Ireland, managed by Bus Eireann/Irish Bus. The system covers the hire of passenger transport vehicles with drivers, including double-deck, large, medium, small buses and taxis, for school transport schemes (Primary, Post Primary, and Special Educational Needs) from August 2022 to June 2027. The estimated total value is €1,100,000,000, but this is not guaranteed spend. The procedure is negotiated, and the award criterion is the most economically advantageous tender based solely on price (lowest price). Applications are invited for all counties, and successful operators will be included in qualification panels. The deadline for receipt of tenders is 30 June 2027 at 12:00.
