Sweden – Railway transport services – Drift av pendeltågsverksamheten i Stockholms län

This is a call for competition (two-stage procedure) for the operation of the commuter rail system in Stockholm County, Sweden. The contract covers train operations, planning, customer information, ticket validation, and maintenance of stations, depots, and rolling stock. Estimated value is 30 billion SEK. Only one lot. The tender is published under EU Regulation 1370/2007 (public passenger transport by rail). Bidders must first pre-qualify; only pre-qualified bidders receive the full tender documents for the second stage. A bank guarantee of 1 billion SEK is required.
