"Se requiere disponer de un sistema ágil y flexible para la adquisición de distintos repuestos destinados a los vehículos de limpieza, pues éste es un servicio que no puede verse interrumpido debido a demoras en la reparación de los vehículos, El departamento proponente del contrato considera necesaria la tramitación y formalización del correspondiente expediente, de conformidad con la LCSP, por la falta de disponibilidad de los medios que se pretenden contratar. A estos efectos, este contrato permitirá disponer de un número adecuado de materiales con los que afrontar las necesidades previstas en el cuadro ""Objeto del contrato"". Por cuanto antecede, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 28 de la LCSP, se hace constar la idoneidad y contenido del contrato proyectado para satisfacer las necesidades descritas, siendo pertinente, por tanto, la tramitación del correspondiente expediente de contratación."
