The purchaser requests participants in dynamic purchasing system for Utilities, earthwork, and surface finishing in accordance with the tender documents. The DPS covers projects that include, in whole or in part, work on the following project elements for projects in all utility supply areas of the purchaser, whether it is a project that the purchaser is solely responsible for or in collaboration with other purchasers. 1. Safety measures and work area markings. 2. Extraction of electrical cables in the ground. 3. Installation of pre-insulated heating pipes. 4. Installation of cold water pipes in the ground. 5. Laying of sewer pipes in the ground. 6. Installation of wells and connections to pipes. 7. Surface finishing, loose surfaces, vegetation, roofs or seeding. 8. Surface finish, solid surface, asphalt, concrete or paving. 9. Narrowing and closing of streets and paths. 10. Leakage and pressure tests of pipes. 11. Installation of water and heating supply valves. 12. Testing of utility systems.
