Finland-Oulu: Career guidance services

This tender establishes a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for work supervision services (työnohjauspalvelut) primarily for clients of Monetra Oulu Oy, including the North Ostrobothnia welfare area (Pohte). The DPS covers a wide range of supervision types (individual, group, team, for specific professions) and is divided into geographical areas and service groups. The estimated total value is 23,000,000 EUR over the DPS lifetime (2023–2050). The procedure is a restricted procedure establishing a DPS. Initial applications must be submitted by 31 March 2023 12:00 (Finnish time) to participate in the first internal tendering round. After establishment, applications can be submitted anytime.
